  This wascovered a few days ago. And since then nothing has substantially changed. Rather and CBS are still stonewalling. More experts have come forward to challenge the memos. More 'evidence' of authenticity has been debunked. And so on. The only real question remaining is - WHO? Who gave these guys these phony memos? Still, it might be useful to report these new developments.

Do you think Dan Rather's obituary will include a paragraph or two on this scandal? Of course it will. That's why its over. Rather is now a textbook example of how not to do journalism. His name is now, like Jayson Blair's, linked forever, with self-serving fraud.
